What to Expect When You Are Expecting by Heidi Murkoff and Sharon Mazel, put together an absolutely amazing reference book for moms-to-be! I was recently contacted to do a review and giveaway, and I am thrilled to do so!
I truly wish I would have had a book like this when I became pregnant with my first child. I remember the excitement, fear, tears, and mostly the NOT knowing!!
I tried to get advice from others, but everyone pretty much told me the same thing-every pregnancy is different. And how true that is! This book,has oodles of information: from how to care for yourself before you conceive to how to find the proper doctor for your care, and this book shows the mom to be all the things that are essential to a healthy pregnancy. Here's a small example of some of the chapters:
Chapter 2-Are You Pregnant? It tells you different ways you can establish pregnancy.
Chapter 6-The First Month- Approx. 1-4 weeks.What you can expect at your first prenatal visit!
Plus it has questions and answers to those questions,which you may relate to.
This book is an absolute must have for all moms to be!
